Jessica Glass is a real estate developer, design strategist, and co-founder of Atelier Verre, a Georgetown-based firm specializing in the creative modernization of historic properties. With over a decade of experience leading complex restorations, adaptive reuse projects, and neighborhood-scale redevelopments, Jessica is known for transforming overlooked buildings into high-performing, community-rooted spaces.

Her work spans commercial and residential real estate, with a focus on end-to-end development—from permitting and infrastructure to design, construction, and activation. Jessica also consults with founders, chefs, and investors to help unlock value in challenging properties through smart planning and timeless design.

As co-founder of LXIV Group, she’s expanding her work into the high-end hospitality space, bringing her eye for architecture, systems, and experience-driven environments to cities beyond D.C. Based in Georgetown and always thinking a few cities ahead, Jessica is passionate about building places that last and that people love to be in.
